Currently Available In Kansas?

No. Kansas residents do not currently have a Home Performance With ENERGY STAR^® Program available to them.  The Kansas Energy Office recently introduced the "EFFICIENCY KANSAS" program, which is separate and distinct from Home Performance with ENERGY STAR®.
