IMPACT Act

This is good stuff for U.S. Manufacturers producing or looking to produce clean technology and renewable energy products here in the United States.  Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) recently introduced the IMPACT Act  which is designed to help small and medium-sized manufacturers transition to the clean energy economy through the creation of a Manufacturing Revolving Loan Fund.  Have a look for yourself:
