Decent Energy’s mission is helping to commercialize renewable energy and conservation technologies and products in a manner that promotes environmental and community economic well being.   Our founder and President, Barry M. Dicker, is a former technology and corporate attorney with 15 years of experience in licensing, distribution, strategic transactions and early stage finance.  Barry was recently recognized by the Licensing Executives Society as a Certified Licensing Professional.

We offer:

• -business consulting services, with an emphasis on technology commercialization strategy; and

• -product distribution, manufacturer’s representative services, and/or can serve as a technology or intellectual property licensing agent.

In addition to general networking inquiries, we are specifically looking to meet:

• -manufacturers of renewable energy or conservation products;

• -small companies or university licensing offices that want to produce revenue from technology or intellectual property relating to renewable energy or conservation;

• -contractors and trades people that are looking to expand their businesses to include a conservation and or renewable energy component; and

• -tax-exempt public charities, community development corporations and community groups that see renewable energy and conservation as an important economic development tool.

We also participate in a strategic partnership with the Environmental Marketing Group, Inc., which promotes a number of foreign trade shows on renewable energy and environmental industries.
